Terms of Sale — Lumirinth

1. Seller

Lumirinth is a brand operated by Przemysław Dulat, trading as "Software - Przemysław Dulat", NIP 9231743912, Kościelna 11/1, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Poland.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in them limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

2. Products

Each lamp is handmade to order. Minor variations in colour, internal patterns and surface are inherent to the process and are not defects. Product photos are illustrative; your lamp will not be identical to the one photographed.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed by email to studio@lumirinth.com. An order is confirmed when I reply accepting it and you pay the deposit. Slots are limited per batch; a slot is reserved only once the deposit is received.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include Polish VAT. Shipping is charged separately and quoted before you confirm.

Payment: a deposit of €150 on order confirmation, the balance before shipping. Payment by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account provided in the confirmation email. I ship within 5 working days of receiving the balance.

5. Deposit

The deposit is a "zadatek" within the meaning of Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. If you cancel a confirmed order, the deposit is retained. If I fail to deliver for reasons attributable to me, the deposit is returned in double. For standard-colour lamps returned under your withdrawal right (section 7), the deposit is refunded as part of the full refund.

6. Lead time and delivery

Estimated lead time is stated on the product page (currently 4–6 weeks) and runs from receipt of the deposit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; I will keep you informed of material delays. Shipping is by tracked courier within the European Union only. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase of a lamp in a standard colour (Amber, Ocean, Pickle) within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Notify me by email within that period and return the lamp within 14 days of your notice, in its original condition and packaging, adequately protected for transport. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment. I refund the full amount paid, including the deposit and outbound shipping at the cheapest standard rate, within 14 days of receiving the lamp back or proof of return.

Withdrawal does not apply to lamps made to your individual specification — custom colours outside the standard palette or other agreed modifications (Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). I will tell you before you order whether your request is custom in this sense, and you will be asked to acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right before paying the deposit.

8. Defects and warranty

You have statutory rights under EU and Polish law if the lamp is not in conformity with the contract (defective, damaged in transit, materially different from what was agreed). Report transit damage as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the lamp. In case of non-conformity you may request repair or replacement, and where the law provides, a price reduction or refund. This does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or the natural characteristics of handmade resin described in section 2.

9. Product safety

Lamps operate at 12V DC via the included CE-marked power adapter. Indoor use only. Do not immerse in water, do not use with other power supplies, do not leave within reach of small children. Detailed usage and care instructions are included with each lamp.

10. Personal data

Your name, address and email are processed solely to fulfil your order and are not shared with third parties except the courier.

11. Complaints

Complaints: studio@lumirinth.com. I aim to respond within 14 days.
